C2U Warranty
All items sold on this site come with a 12 months R.T.B (Return to Base) warranty. Items ordered and reported faulty within 14 days of purchase will be collected by us, tested and replaced if faulty. After 14 days it is the Buyers responsibility to return the item with fault report for us to test , repair or replace.
Goods that have a manufacturers warranty lasting more than 12 months will be covered by the maker who will have their own returns policy. If in doubt check with the items producer.
